Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Treedge Pico Rivera Tree Service regarding your use of our services. By engaging our services, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Treedge Pico Rivera Tree Service provides professional tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, land and lot clearing, tree health and maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and safety practices.

Service descriptions provided on our website or in quotes are general in nature. Actual services may vary based on site conditions, tree species, weather, and other factors. We reserve the right to modify service approaches as necessary to ensure safety and quality results.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from those observed during the initial assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if work is delayed beyond this period.

Additional charges may apply for unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to hidden hazards, underground utilities, difficult access, or additional work requested by the client. We will notify you of any significant changes to the quoted price before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For large projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less. You are responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees, if legal action becomes necessary to collect payment.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that our crew has clear access to the work area and that all necessary permits have been obtained. You must inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden features that may affect our work. You are responsible for securing pets and ensuring that children and unauthorized persons stay clear of the work area during service.

You must provide accurate information about property boundaries, tree ownership, and any restrictions or easements that may affect our work. We are not responsible for damage to property features that were not disclosed to us prior to beginning work.

Liability and Insurance

Treedge Pico Rivera Tree Service maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to trees, property, or underground features that were not disclosed prior to service. We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden defects, decay, or structural problems that were not visible during our initial assessment.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule at your earliest convenience.

Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee that all work will be performed in a professional manner using industry-standard practices. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for tree health, growth, or survival, as these factors depend on many variables beyond our control including weather, soil conditions, disease, and ongoing care. Any warranties are limited to the quality of workmanship and do not extend to natural processes or acts of nature.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, California. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial. This agreement to arbitrate does not apply to disputes that can be brought in small claims court.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
